I reside on the land that was once known as Sweet Water Town and Nickajack, traditionally home to indigenous people of Muscogee and Cherokee tribes. I honor and acknowledge my home’s precolonial history, and the indigenous people who stewarded the land before me.

Soraya is a licensed realtor and community connector who seeks to build strong and resilient communities through the communion of regenerative agriculture and real estate. 

With a history of farming, restaurant management, grassroots non profit work, and event coordination, Soraya has been able to apply her various skills into the most meaningful work of all: regenerative real estate. Here, with the Latitude community she finds herself challenging the conventional role of a real estate agent, in order to cultivate transformational transactions for her clients. In addition to stewarding meaningful real estate exchanges, Soraya has always been passionate about the issues surrounding the development of farmland,  land access, and support for young farmers. She sees her role in real estate as an inevitable opportunity to positively impact these spaces in support of access to clean healthy foods, farmers, and thriving communities. 

As a first generation American, Soraya’s Iranian and Cuban roots lend a strong love for connection through food, dance, and culture. Whether she is connecting others through setting a beautiful table, or holding space for street salsa dance parties, Soraya has big dreams for Atlanta. Together with her community she hopes to build a more abundant, edible, and regenerative landscape.
