Our residence resides where the pre-colonial Muscogee (Mvskoke) Creek and Cherokee, East (Tsalaguwetiyi) Indigenous Peoples called home. The PawPaw tree was a native, abundant fruit tree cultivated by Indigenous Peoples up and down the Eastern Seaboard & in the midwest. We are establishing a 1 acre PawPaw forest.

Matthew Schneider, son of Karl & Sheila Schneider, is a passionate wrestler, violinist, and farmer who serendipitously discovered his love for helping people achieve their dreams through real estate. His years of experience and training in many different avenues of life developed his special characteristics of patience, empathy, and understanding allowing him to form foundationally strong relationships making his clients feel safe, secure, and heard throughout the entire home buying and selling process.

Matthew’s journey to becoming a real estate agent began through his practice of regenerative agriculture; farming in locations such as California, Hawaii, Brazil, Maine, and Georgia. His own intimate quest for a regenerative lifestyle fuels his passion and joy to serve others on their own journeys, and to help catalyze opportunities for them to reach their goals.

Stumbling upon his interest in sustainable food production at Stanford University after injuries led to his retirement from collegiate wrestling because of his misunderstanding of health and wellness, Matthew has been on an intimate quest of regeneration ever since.

Driven to be closer to nature, Matthew managed a vegetable and fruit farm on the remote island of Molokai, HI from 2015-2018 where he met Ernst Gotsch. Having the opportunity to spend several months in Brazil studying and intensively training alongside Ernst, he learned the agricultural tools & techniques to grow food the way Nature intended.

Leaving Hawaii, Matthew returned to his roots in Atlanta, GA. In 2019 Matthew left full-time farming, struggling to locate the opportunity to grow food in accordance with his education, and for him this was an internal cataclysmic event where he felt disoriented and lost. It was at this exact moment that Matthew then serendipitously discovered real estate as a relatable and understandable tool to build wealth, financial freedom, and provide access to land.

Never looking back, Matthew learned the ins and outs of Atlanta real estate working alongside a local expert as he worked diligently to build the foundational relationships necessary for his own business. After helping dozens of families and individuals buy, sell, relocate all-across Atlanta and beyond, Matthew started to understand there was more to real estate than the traditional understanding, and he recognized that a house is more than just a home.

Discovering Latitude –Matthew’s soul found the combination of real estate and regeneration that brings the world together. From relationships, to ecology, to understanding the investment, Matthew is honored to be a member of this dedicated community helping make the quest to seek an alternative way of life more and more commonplace for all.
